Director - Private Equity Services Sales (#1 PE Service Provider Globally and growing at 30%/year; work where you are now; Base - 110 to 120k; ttl compensation if successful 300k+)

We represent a private equity service provider who is looking for their first sales person dedicated to the private equity area.   This firm is one of the dominant firms in this area but they have had others (hedge fund, mutual fund, etc.) sales people selling the PE product.  Sales people are encourage to be on the road selling so the person will not have to relocate if they do not reside in the NY area.

Our client realizes they can get much more traction and growth with a PE sales pro with a good rolodex.  There are no territories at this firm so the world is the geography to which this person can sell.  This is a very unusually opportunity to be able to sell PE fund services for a top firm and having no “internal” competition.

The commission structure is aggressive and the commission is calculated formulaically and paid more often than annually.   Base compensation in the low 100’s with a commission structure that could result in total compensation of 300k+.

We have known the head of sales for 7 plus years and she is a great mentor and compensated by how well his people do.
