      Tax Manager

      Tax Manager (#2 Tax person in midtown boutique public accounting firm; b/d or hedge fund or private equity tax exp required and be taught the others; reasonable hours; 120 - 160 base + bonus)

      Work for a real veteran of the industry who is a Parter of the firm, a great mentor and teacher and learn the areas you do not know.  You will handle tax work for hedge funds, private equity and broker-dealers.  80% compliance and tax provision/accounting and 20% compliance.  Be in a position that MAKES A DIFFERENCE.

      Requirements:
      • 6-12 minimum work experience in tax preferably with half in public
      • CPA, with advanced education in tax or advanced degree preferred
      • Near expert in EITHER broker-dealer, hedge fund or private equity tax (AND YOU WILL BE TAUGHT THE OTHER AREAS)
